Pam Powers is a freelance knitwear designer living in sunny Orange County, California with her wonderful husband and two lovely children. Her designs have appeared in Interweave Knits, Twist Collective, Belle Armoire and Apronology. Knitting is her therapy, stress-relief and creative outlet.

A stylish combination of a cowl combined with a kerchief in a textured stitch pattern that looks much more complex than it really is. This scarf is knitted flat from the top down and fastens in the back with buttons and crocheted button loops.

This ascot-style scarf is a quick knit and just the ticket to take the fall chill off. This scarf looks great under a trench coat or v-neck. The Quilted Lattice stitch pattern is easy to master, using a clever combination of slipped stitches.
